You can return online purchases to our retail store in San Diego for immediate in-store credit. Of course, you can also return online purchases to Whoossmart.com for a complete refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
In Store Returns
Simply return your item(s) to our cash register at our retail store in San Diego. We'll give you store credit equal to the value of your online purchase when you: - Return new books, unopened CDs, cassettes in their original condition.
- Include your receipt (packing slip).
- Return within 30 days of shipment date (on packing slip).
Returns to Whoossmart.com
